The Youth Forum continues to generate vital discussion on issues facing kids today. Monthly meetings continue to attract an average of 10 to 20 participants. Participants include high school youth, clergy, interested parents, town officials, mental health workers, youth advocacy groups, education, court representatives and law enforcement. |

This program provides temporary foster care for juveniles who are in custody, but not under arrest. Attendants are called by area police departments when they have a juvenile in custody and no adult family member or guardian can take immediate care of the child. This may include a baby whose parents were injured in an auto accident or children whose parents are under arrest, or even run-away teenagers. |
