Election day is Tuesday, March 14th in Goffstown.  Polls will be open 7am to 7pm.

By voting “YES” on Article 11, you impact the lives of local kids by supporting Crispin’s House programs for youth. Article 11 asks for funding from the town for Crispin’s House Coalition for Youth in the amount of $20,000. It has been recommended by both the Board of Selectmen and the Budget Committee.

Crispin’s House is a non-profit organization that has been changing lives in Goffstown for over 30 years. Founded in1989 by local leaders noticing clear indicators that our youth were not thriving, our work centers on mental wellness, suicide prevention and substance misuse prevention for our local youth. While our programs may vary in size and scope, the mission is the same – to provide a safety net for our community’s kids.

Our signature programs include an accredited Juvenile Court Diversion Program, Youth Forum at GHS, VolunTEENS at MVMS, our free community workshops, and the life-changing Challenge Day at GHS. We also bring in intensive suicide prevention training and spearhead youth drug and alcohol misuse prevention locally.  All of this is made possible, in part, through your continued support.

We are grateful to the voters of Goffstown for their overwhelming approval of this article for the past 10 years.  While the amount is less than 20% of our annual budget, the impact is tremendous. It strengthens our position in applying for grants and has been a game-changer in our ability to bring high-quality programs and new initiatives to Goffstown for Goffstown kids.

Please vote YES on Article 11 on March 14. Together we make a difference!

Thank you for your support.
